Purpose before novelty
Every ingredient needs a defined job in the complete formula. A long label is not automatically a better formula.

Performance formulation
We start with the performance need, then build each formula around ingredients with a clear role—and explain the limits as carefully as the potential.
How we formulate
A label should help you decide. Our framework separates ingredient purpose, research context and real-world expectations.
Every ingredient needs a defined job in the complete formula. A long label is not automatically a better formula.
Key quantities—including Assimilate’s 120 mg caffeine and Endurance+’s 3 g beet root—are surfaced so you can evaluate fit.
Ingredient research provides context, not a guarantee that every person or finished blend will produce the same result.
The complete system
Daily+ builds the base, Assimilate prepares for focused output, and Endurance+ supports sustained work.

Daily foundation
Daily+ is organized as a broad nutritional foundation rather than a single-outcome performance product. Its ingredient groups address fiber, plant diversity, digestive support and everyday resilience.
Agave inulin, pea fiber and flaxseed oil powder form the digestive foundation. Prebiotics are nondigestible components used by selected microorganisms; individual tolerance can vary.
Wheatgrass, spirulina, chlorella, carrot, moringa and pomegranate add a range of plant-derived compounds. The blend complements—not replaces—a varied diet rich in whole foods.
Adaptogenic botanicals, mushrooms, enzymes and a probiotic component broaden the formula. Evidence differs by ingredient, dose and person, so the role is supportive rather than curative.
Keep in context: Daily+ is best understood as a repeatable nutrition habit. It is not positioned as a substitute for vegetables, adequate protein, sleep or medical treatment.

Flagship performance
Assimilate is the most performance-specific formula in the system. It combines a creatine complex with measured caffeine, focus-oriented nutrients and botanicals selected for demanding sessions.
Creatine helps replenish phosphocreatine used to regenerate ATP during repeated, high-intensity work. Response varies, and consistent intake matters more than dramatic pre-workout promises.
The formula pairs 120 mg caffeine from guarana with L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC and L-Theanine. Caffeine response depends on body size, habitual use, timing and sensitivity.
Rhodiola rosea and Panax notoginseng are included alongside B vitamins and trace minerals. They round out the formulation story without replacing recovery, hydration or adequate food.
Keep in context: Assimilate contains 120 mg caffeine per serving. Count caffeine from all sources and consider timing, sleep and personal sensitivity before use.

Sustained performance
Endurance+ centers on organic beet root, then adds electrolytes, botanical antioxidants, CoQ10 and B vitamins to support the demands surrounding longer or repeated activity.
Beet root is associated with dietary nitrate research and the nitrate–nitrite–nitric oxide pathway. This formula lists 3 g beet root, but does not declare a standardized nitrate amount, so research-dose comparisons should not be assumed.
Sodium, chloride and magnesium support normal fluid balance, nerve signaling and muscle function. Actual hydration needs still change with heat, sweat rate, duration and the athlete.
Grape seed, hawthorn, hibiscus, olive leaf, pomegranate and tart cherry add plant compounds, while CoQ10 and B vitamins participate in normal cellular-energy pathways.
Keep in context: Endurance+ supports a hydration and fueling plan; it does not replace water, carbohydrates, electrolytes matched to sweat loss, or progressive training.
Explore Endurance+Assimilate technology
Assimilate pairs creatine monohydrate with sunflower lecithin in its 3 g liposomal creatine complex. Lecithin supplies phospholipids—the same broad class of molecules that helps form cell membranes.
The formulation is distinctive, but “liposomal” is not used here as shorthand for a guaranteed absorption advantage. The strongest performance story remains creatine itself, consistent use and the complete training routine.
How to read the evidence
Research may study an isolated ingredient, a specific dose, a particular athlete group or a controlled exercise test. A finished multi-ingredient formula and an individual training day introduce more variables.
What has been studied, in whom and at what dose?
Does the finished product disclose enough to make a useful comparison?
How do timing, diet, training status, tolerance and consistency change the experience?
